Mark started his sales career by watching 14 videos in the back storeroom on a 7" black and white TV to learn how to sell shoes at a mall. He learned his organization skills running a small business with 200+ employees. He learned about grit while spending 10 years building a highly profitable sales territory from the ground up. And his sales philosophy was cemented when managing 12 sales people across 9 states. Building a sales team with, by far, the best, smartest, hardest working people he has ever worked with is an honor and privilege he gets to enjoy everyday at Outreach.
