Entrepreneurship has been the backbone of my family for several generations. By the start of high school, I had already gotten my hands dirty with a few neighborhood businesses, and eventually launched my first online eBay business freshman year of college. After studying abroad at the European Business School (Paris) to close the book on my undergraduate degree, I launched my high-tech sales career at Hewlett Packard giving me a taste of the tech & B2B sales world. Over the last decade, I've had the chance to build/ lead several inside & enterprise sales teams at high-growth SaaS companies, held an integral role in the $103M acquisition of Confio Software by SWI (Oct 2013), and today filling a key role building the sales enablement engine at Zoom that led to successful IPO in April 2019. The pivot I made from Sales to Sales Enablement was driven by my passion for coaching, and most importantly empowering sales teams through better process and technology. Today I lead the sales enablement charge, pioneering how the Zoom sales team leverages the tech stack to improve sales productivity, efficiency, and predictability. It’s our duty as Sales Enablement leaders to challenge the status quo, push the limits of how people, process, and technology can transform the sales profession.
