Ryan Bott has grown, sold or IPO'd multiple companies and has lead digital marketing, sales and channel teams for hundreds of millions in revenue. Now he is helping lead one of the biggest transformations Sodexo has seen by redoing sales enablement, digital marketing and revenue models at a 500k person company. This effort, and more importantly the people on his teams, are changing $23B in revenue forever.
But this journey is more personal for him. He joined Sodexo because of a chance to report to an African American, female CEO, an experience that changed him. Countering the bro-culture, this led to something far more rich, meaningful and even profitable than he knew.
